Betinia is another example of the new breed of sportsbooks piggy backing on an incredible strong and diverse casino and gaming offering. But the sportsbook itself is solid enough with lots of sports and markets to choose from, live betting and innovative and plentiful promotions.

Betinia Strengths and Weaknesses

Without diving into the real nitty gritty of support functions, licencing and so on, let’s some up the strengths and weakness of Betinia in order to give users a clear overview of what’s good, and what’s not, about this sports betting site

✔️ Betinia Strengths

  • Loads of sports on offer, from the most popular to more nice offerings
  • A solid but unspectacular array of features, from live betting and bet builder to cash out.
  • As we are becoming accustomed to with newer sites, an impressive Esports and fantasy sports offering.
  • Loads of good promotions and a bonus point scheme that is innovative to say the least, with an element of gaming involved.

❌ Weaknesses

  • No horse racing or greyhound racing, which is disappointing from an Irish perspective.
  • There’s GAA, but no depth in the markets
  • The features are a little thin on the ground, with no stats or results services, for example
  • No live streaming, which is always a bit of a disappointment

Conclusion

Betinia is a nice looking site with all the necessary support functions and services in place. It’s worth signing up to as an alternative option, although it’s unlikely to become a real crowd pleaser anytime soon.

Review

Betinia is yet another example of the new staple of sports betting sites. Accompanied, or perhaps led by a hugely in-depth casino offering, the sportsbook at Betinia is still impressive and offers up the full bevvy of fundamental options and features, such as a welcome bonus, promotions, live betting and more.

In terms of features, there’s no stunning depth to Betinia’s offering so far, although players can avail of a Bet Builder and cash out option. There’s no live streaming, but, as you would expect from a new-breed bookmaker, it’s really strong on Esports and virtual sports. In terms of a more traditional sports offering, there’s all the normal favourite such as football, tennis and basketball, and even more niche options such as lacrosse and water polo. From an Irish perspective there is the disappointment of no horse racing or greyhounds, but there is GAA and rugby. Betinia GAA isn’t really much more than a punt on the All-Ireland Championships, and of course we’ve already mentioned that Betinia racing is non existent, but Betinia golf betting, Betinia football and Betinia darts, for example, are all good enough to stand up to a lot of other sites, if not the big favourites in Ireland.

The Betinia Ireland option is really not a bad site at all and the Betinia betting experience is pretty good, weith lots of markets and competitive odds. The Betinia sign up offer is pretty decent and there are loads of other good promotions too to keep most players interested. In summary, this is another example of a solid yet unspectacular site that might get casino and gaming fans more excited that the sportsbook crowd. But having said that, it’s worth checking it out and availing of some of the Betinia bonus options at the very least.

Welcome Package

Sports betting fans, and the bookmakers themselves, of course, love a welcome package, and the folk at Betinia are no different.

Currently Irish-based customers on the Betinia Ireland site can claim a welcome bonus of 100% up to €100 on your first deposit.

Best Features

  • Live betting: As you would fully expect, Beinia is up to speed with live betting and offers this option on its full array of sports, including football, tennis, American football, basketball and more.
  • Betbuilder: Betinia offers a Bet Builder function available across sports, and there is a insurance bonus linked to this.
  • Cash out: Cash out your bets early with the Betinia cash out option. There is no partial or automatic cash out function available however.
  • Promotions: We have to hand it to them, Betinia love a good promotion. As well as the sign-up Betinia bonus you can claim free bets on both pre-match and live events. Then there are acca boosts, cashback bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, bet builder insurance, early payouts and even the chance to win €5,000 just for your daily login.
  • Bonuses: Betinia has an innovative approach to some of its bonuses, namely its rewards system which uses a points system across its sportsbook and casino. In sports, you get a Betinia Point (BP) for every €1 you bet (at a minimum odds of 1/2) and you can then build your rewards on such innovations as the Sportsgrounds, Cities and Colossus features. In addition there are weekly challenges by which you can claim additional BPs.

Mobile

Rather disappointingly, currently Betinia does not have native apps for Android and iOS. However, we must qualify that with the fact that the desktop version of the Betinia site does in fact translate very well to mobile devices, and the full array of Betinia services and features are available right there on mobile. It’s a pretty user friendly site on both desktop and mobile, so the lack of native apps should not serve as a major problem, although loading times can be patchy across both systems.

Banking

From a banking perspective, there’s not much to sniff at with Betinia. There’s a host of options from both a deposit and withdrawal perspective, and both limits (maximum and minimum) and payout times are fair. Minimum deposit is €10 across the board, while from a deposit perspective, €20 is the magic minimum number, with most withdrawals completed within 3 days (or sooner), with bank wire perhaps taking a little longer (up to 5 days). A full list of deposit and withdrawal methods are as follows:

Customer support

When it comes to customer support, we have to hand it to Betinia, they are on the ball. There is a 24/7 live chat service that offers a quick and succinct service. This is complemented by an email address – support@betinia.com – and an FAQ section, although this is bare in the extreme. As is forever the case with newer sites, however, there is no phone number to call and actually speak with someone. It’s a dying art.
